1. Acceptance
These Terms govern authorized use of SANAD, a private personal AI assistant operated under the ZAYBEK brand. By using SANAD, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Private beta access
SANAD is currently a private beta. Access is limited to authorized users and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. You must protect your access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Connected services
Some features depend on third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Gmail, AI processing, hosting, and private networking. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
4. User control and responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing prepared actions, recipients, dates, task titles, and message content before confirmation. You must not use SANAD for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, spam, deception, or infringement of another person’s rights.
5. AI limitations
AI-generated output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify important information before relying on it. SANAD is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
6. Availability
SANAD is provided on an “as available” basis during private beta. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
The SANAD and ZAYBEK names, interface, software, documentation, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator, except for third-party names and services belonging to their respective owners.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when necessary to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain the service. You may stop using SANAD and revoke connected Google permissions at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI output, third-party service interruptions, or actions confirmed by the user.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to the user.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated as SANAD develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
