1. Who we are
SANAD is a private personal AI assistant operated under the ZAYBEK brand by Ihsan Zaybek. This policy explains how SANAD handles information when an authorized user connects Google services or uses the assistant.
2. Information SANAD may access
Depending on features enabled and permissions granted, SANAD may access:
- Google Calendar: calendars, event details, dates, times, attendees, locations, and information needed to create, update, or delete events.
- Google Tasks: task lists, task titles, notes, status, and information needed to create or complete tasks.
- Gmail: message metadata and content needed to search, list, read, draft, or send messages requested by the user.
- User inputs: text or voice requests, confirmation responses, and limited conversation context needed to provide the requested feature.
- Technical information: operational logs necessary for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and preventing duplicate actions.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to provide features requested by the authorized user, maintain session continuity, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. SANAD does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
4. AI processing and service providers
To understand requests and generate useful responses, relevant user inputs and the minimum content needed for the requested task may be processed by contracted AI or infrastructure service providers. Such processing is limited to operating and securing SANAD. The public ZAYBEK website does not provide access to SANAD conversations or connected Google data.
5. Action confirmation
SANAD is designed to seek explicit user confirmation before sensitive write actions such as creating calendar events or tasks and sending email. The user can cancel a prepared action before execution.
6. Storage and security
Authorization credentials and operational application data are stored in an operator-controlled environment with restricted access and reasonable technical safeguards. No security measure is absolute, but access controls, encrypted transport, file permissions, and private network access are used where applicable.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data or share it for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers solely to deliver, secure, or maintain requested functionality, or disclosed where required by applicable law.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate requested features, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. An authorized user may request deletion of locally retained application data or disconnect Google access by contacting support. Revoking access may prevent connected features from working.
9. Your choices
You may decline requested Google permissions, cancel prepared actions, revoke SANAD’s Google access from your Google Account, or request deletion through the Support page.
10. Google API data
SANAD’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Children
SANAD is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when SANAD’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
